Part-time IT Support Specialist

A reputable IT company in Dibba-El-Fujairah is looking for a Part-time IT Support Specialist to join their team. As the IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to clients.

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates of systems to ensure optimal performance
• Document all technical procedures and resolutions for future reference
• Collaborate with other team members to develop solutions for complex technical problems
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the industry
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client's concerns promptly and professionally

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related role
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and software applications (Microsoft Office)
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical individuals
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility in working hours. Candidates must have their own transportation. Pakistani or African nationalities preferred. No English proficiency required.
