Biometric Passport Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Engineer to join our team as a Biometric Passport Technician in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading our biometric passport systems, ensuring the accuracy and security of data, and providing technical support to users. This position is open to Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English and have experience working with biometric technology.

• Install, configure, and maintain biometric passport systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to biometric passport systems
• Conduct regular system updates and upgrades
• Ensure the security and integrity of all data within the system
• Train users on how to properly use the biometric passport system
• Collaborate with other departments to implement new features or upgrades
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in biometric technology

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with biometric technology
• Experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of biometric passport systems
• Knowledge of database management
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team

This is a part‑time position that requires flexibility in working hours.
