Job Summary:

We are looking for a Cashier to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive accurate and timely service when they come to our store. They will also be responsible for counting and recording money transactions, helping customers with their purchases, and managing the cash register.

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service while processing all customers' payments accurately and efficiently.
• Greeting customers upon arrival.
• Handling customer inquiries.
• Responding to complaints in a timely manner.
• Operating the cash register in an efficient manner.
• Accepting payments from customers in the form of cash or card payments.
• Counting money before and after each transaction.
• Reconciling daily sales reports with cash register totals.
• Bagging items properly for customers' convenience.
• Keeping work areas organized and clean at all times.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented and reliable with strong interpersonal skills and basic math skills.
• Previous experience working as a cashier or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds in both English & Arabic languages.
• We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.
