We are looking for a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our store in Dibba-El-Fujairah. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to achieve targets.

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales events
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Continuously develop product knowledge to provide recommendations to customers

• Must be Pakistani national preferred but not required
• Fluent in Urdu or Hindi, with basic English skills
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Must be able to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays if needed
• Must be able to work without experience as training will be provided on the job
• Must be able to live onsite as accommodation will be provided
