We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Third Mate to join our dynamic team at our marine services company located in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. This position is specifically for Malayalee candidates who possess a valid biometric passport. This is a part-time job with no English language requirements and accommodation will not be provided.

As a Third Mate, you will be responsible for assisting the captain and chief officer in the safe navigation and operation of our vessel. You will also be responsible for managing the deck department, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the captain and chief officer in all navigational duties.
• Managing the deck department, including assigning tasks to crew members.
• Maintaining deck equipment and ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Conducting regular safety checks and drills.
• Keeping accurate records of all ship activities.
• Communicating effectively with other crew members.

Requirements:

• Must be a Malayalee candidate with a valid biometric passport.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Third Mate on board commercial vessels.
• Proficient in navigational equipment and procedures.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Proven knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
