Heavy Equipment Transport Supervisor (African candidates preferred)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Heavy Equipment Transport Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient transportation of heavy equipment in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. This position is open to all nationalities, but African candidates are preferred.

• Supervise a team of heavy equipment transport drivers and ensure they adhere to safety protocols and traffic regulations
• Plan and coordinate the transportation of heavy equipment to various job sites
• Monitor the loading and unloading of equipment to ensure proper securing and handling
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any damages or malfunctions
• Maintain accurate records of transported equipment, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules
• Communicate with project managers and clients to ensure timely delivery of equipment
• Train new employees on safe driving practices and company policies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment transportation or related field
• Valid UAE driver's license
• Knowledge of safety regulations for transporting heavy equipment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• African nationality
• Previous supervisory experience
• Basic knowledge of Arabic
