- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Outpatient Primary Care
- 1–5 Call
- Performance & Productivity Incentives
- CME Allowance
- State Medical License & DEA cost reimbursed/paid
- Average of 15–18 patients per day
Goal:
Reduce likelihood of a blood transfusion reaction for patients who require blood or blood products. Use most recent evidence‑based guidelines for the transfusion of red blood cells and platelets. Result:
No patients experienced any serious adverse reactions related to blood or blood product use in the last two calendar years.
Salary $115–$150 per hour. Performance & Productivity Incentives.
