Competitive Compensation & Flexible Employment Models

Full-Time 1099 Contractor - Local Provider

• $285/hour
• Forgivable sign-on bonus (3-year commitment)

Traveling/PRN 1099 Contractor - Flexible Commitment

• $285/hour
• Travel and lodging expenses covered
• 12-hour shifts | Block scheduling
• Professional liability insurance
• 1-year contract with priority scheduling over PRN-only providers

Full-Time Employed Physician - Comprehensive Benefits

• $260/hour + full-time employee benefits
• Forgivable sign-on bonus (3-year commitment)
• CME allowance: $5,000
• 100% employer-paid health insurance (physician & family - Blue Cross of Montana)
• 401(k) Safe Harbor: 3% employer contribution (regardless of personal contribution)

• 25-bed critical access hospital | 4-bed open ICU
• Level IV Trauma Center
• ~14,000 annual ED visits
• Flexible block scheduling | 12 x 12-hour shifts/month
• EMR:
  Meditech
• APP support during peak hours
• Inpatient census: 8-15 patients/day
• Admissions: 2-3/day
• Full-spectrum case mix, from low-acuity to complex
• Fast-tracked credentialing with completed application

️ Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine
  (Other specialties considered with significant EM experience)
• Must have completed at least 250 emergency medicine cases in the past 12 months
• Active or eligible for North Dakota medical license and DEA
• Strong communicator and team player
