• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or approved areas & ND licensure as an LCSW or LPCC.
• OR Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy & ND licensure as an LMFT.
• OR Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with eligibility for licensure as an LMFT.
• OR Doctorate in Psychology & ND licensure as a psychologist.
• Human Relations Counselors require master’s in counseling & LAPC licensure; within two years of LPCC licensure.
• OR Master’s in Social Work & LMSW licensure.
• OR Master’s in Counseling & LPC licensure.

This position requires a valid driver’s license and successful completion of a defensive driving course during new‑hire orientation.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments & develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide culturally responsive therapy services to individuals, youth, and families experiencing severe or chronic mental illness.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, & trauma‑informed care.
• Collaborate with internal teams, medical providers, case managers, & community resources to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency and licensing requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, & ongoing professional development.
• Respond to crises & provide crisis risk assessments as needed.
