American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a critical access hospital setting, requiring ARRT certification and the ability to cross-cover X-ray.

• Acute care critical access hospital setting
• Performs CT imaging for ER, inpatient, and outpatient patients, covering all studies except cardiac and perfusion
• Uses a Siemens 64-slice CT scanner, Siemens C-arm, x-ray, portable x-ray, and GE portable x-ray equipment
• Meditech EMR/PACS system
• 4x10 hour night shifts, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Mixed shifts with varied start times using team scheduling
• Weekend and holiday coverage required, with varying schedules
• Call/standby requirements apply
• Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech available during the day; night techs work independently with phone support
• Must be able to float and cover X-ray duties

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required
• ARRT and BLS certification required
• ND state license required if applicable
• Must be able to pass a respirator fit test; facial hair may impact eligibility depending on fit test results
• Must be able to work independently on night shifts

• No clinical involvement in this role
• Friendly, team-oriented environment with cross-training across multiple areas
• Success in this role is supported by strong communication, teamwork, approachability, and a friendly demeanor
• Scrubs of any color are accepted
• Radius rule of 50 miles applies
• Candidates may not be currently employed full time, part time, or PRN with any Common Spirit-affiliated facility, including CHI and/or Dignity
• Up to 7 days of RTO may be requested upfront per 13-week contract; additional RTO will not be approved after submission
