YES, LLC. is a leading electrical and construction contractor serving the industrial, oil & gas, energy, and commercial sectors. With active projects across the Dakotas and Montana, we are known for delivering high-quality work, safely and efficiently.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead electrical and construction projects across North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana. This role requires a collaborative leader who works closely with field personnel, estimators, and operations management to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.



Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction and electrical projects
• Coordinate daily with project foremen, superintendents, and field crews to ensure work is progressing safely and on schedule
• Collaborate with the estimating team on bids, budgets, and project planning
• Partner with operations management to align project goals with company strategy and resources
• Monitor costs, schedules, materials, and labor for efficiency and profitability
• Manage client communications, job meetings, and project updates
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations
• Handle all required project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeouts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction or electrical contracting
• Strong background in industrial, oil & gas, energy, or large-scale commercial projects
• Effective communicator and team leader with experience managing foremen and field teams
• Proficient in construction management software and scheduling tools
• Experience working with estimating and operations departments
• Willingness to travel to project sites throughout ND, SD, and MT
• OSHA 30 and PMP certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000 to $200,000 annually, depending on experience
