United Site Services, Inc., a premier provider of portable sanitation and site solutions, is looking for an experienced Lead Ops Coordinator to oversee the efficient operation and management of services across multiple locations in the U.S. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless site operations, including the deployment of portable toilets, restroom trailers, and temporary fencing, by coordinating logistical, administrative, and operational tasks.
This key role involves direct interaction with project managers, clients, and operational teams to ensure superior service delivery that meets both company and customer standards.

The OpportunityAs the Life Group Pastor overseeing Women’s and Singles Groups, you’ll play a vital role in cultivating a thriving groups culture where spiritual growth and belonging flourish. You’ll:
- Develop and equip leaders to shepherd their groups with purpose and confidence.
- Create on-ramps that help people connect into community through Rooted and Life Groups.
- Champion discipleship rhythms—prayer, serving, generosity, and storytelling—that reflect the heartbeat of the early Church.
- Shepherd and inspire individuals to live as fully devoted followers of Jesus.
Your leadership will help hundreds of people move from attending church to living as the Church—together.
Who You AreYou’re a relational, spirit-led leader with a pastor’s heart and a strategist’s mind. You love seeing people grow in Christ and helping leaders flourish in their calling.
- You have 5+ years of ministry leadership experience (church or parachurch).
- You have a bachelor's degree in theology, ministry, or a related field. (Seminary is a plus.)
- You’re a strong communicator, whether teaching, writing, or encouraging one-on-one.
- You have a deep love for God’s Word and the local church.
- You thrive in team settings and bring energy, creativity, and organization to your work.
