Job Summary

An RN ICU at CHI delivers compassionate, high‑quality care in a fast‑paced environment. You will perform individualized assessments, skilled procedures, and patient care planning while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. • Identify patient care requirements, establish personal rapport, and initiate the plan of care.
• Provide a compassionate environment by offering emotional, psychological, and spiritual support.
• Promote patient independence by teaching patients, families, and friends about condition, medications, and self‑care skills.
• Assure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring outcomes against goals, and adjusting care plans as needed.
• Resolve patient problems using multidisciplinary team strategies.
• Protect patients and employees by following infection control policies, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support – CPR.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 12 months.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience.

We are offering a $10,000 incentive to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Hourly pay: $34.00 – $50.58. Work at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson
