Shop Welder

This full-time role is based in our well-equipped facility, with occasional evening or weekend hours for certain projects. We need team players who can be flexible and ready to adapt to exciting new challenges.

As a Shop Welder, your day begins by diving into blueprints and layout plans, preparing each component for welding with accuracy and care. You set up materials, operate top-notch equipment – from wire welders to cutting torches – and create high-quality welds with precision. Every step of the way, you ensure our workspace meets the highest safety standards, contributing to the smooth flow of operations and ending each day with a sense of pride in the projects you're helping bring to life.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of welding experience
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Strong understanding of welding operations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Ability to work well with others
• Willingness to work as needed, which may require nights and weekends

• Experience operating forklift and/or skid steer
