• Full‑time, Monday through Friday.

• Dickinson, North Dakota and surrounding areas.

• Lead a crew of electricians and apprentices, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.
• Interpret and execute electrical plans, schematics, and blueprints for diverse projects.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including NEC standards.
• Oversee project timelines, materials, and team performance to ensure timely completion.
• Mentor and train apprentices, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices.
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, and repair of complex electrical systems.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project needs and updates.

• Valid ND Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• At least 4 years of experience AND a Journeyman's licensed.
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Knowledge of NEC codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in fast‑paced environments.
