We are hiring 3 Admissions Representatives for the Class of 2025 to work from mid-August to mid-November, representing Penn State Dickinson Law at various recruiting events both virtually and in person, including LSAC Forums, law and graduate school fairs, and private presentations for Pre-Law groups.

• Represent Penn State Dickinson Law at recruiting events
• Communicate with prospective students via email, phone, and virtual platforms
• Complete administrative tasks such as comparing travel costs, booking travel, preparing itineraries, and tracking expenses for reimbursement

• Must operate a motor vehicle; a valid driver’s license and motor vehicle records check required
• Ability to travel and represent the university effectively

• Hourly rate of $18.00 plus travel and meal per diems
• No need to maintain an apartment in Carlisle or University Park during the position

• Current Penn State employees and students should apply internally via Workday
