• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with commercial clients in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing sectors.
• Leverage existing industry contacts to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop self-generated leads and represent the company at local civic, trade, and networking events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction.
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and account growth.
• Develop proposals and participate in contract negotiations.

• 4-5 years of commercial sales or business development within HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing services.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Established industry contacts and proven ability to generate leads.
• CRM software experience;
  Service Titan preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
