• Manage commercial and residential plumbing projects.
• Prepare job estimates, present service options, and secure client approvals.
• Conduct routine inspections and system testing to ensure functionality and code compliance.
• Perform hands‑on service, repair, maintenance, and diagnostic work.
• Ensure all work meets company standards for safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and complete required documentation.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
• Lead the development and growth of Mackey’s new plumbing department.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current Texas Master Plumber License
• Minimum 3‑4 years of experience as a Master Plumber
• Generator experience preferred
• CRM software experience;
  Service Titan preferred
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
