Mackey Services is seeking an organized, dependable Parts, Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to support our growing commercial and residential HVAC and Electrical Teams. This role is essential to keeping jobs ready, materials available, and warehouse operations running efficiently.

• $41K - $52K/year based on experience

• Review the Service Titan schedule and pull and stage parts, equipment, and supplies for upcoming jobs.
• Manage standard warehouse stock, inventory levels, purchasing, and receiving.
• Coordinate with departments on job-specific materials and purchase orders.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and staging areas.
• Track company tools and shared equipment, including checkout, returns, and follow-up on missing items.
• Coordinate with vendors on orders, warranties, and returns.
• Safety transport materials and equipment.
• Support a safety first culture.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years in HVAC parts coordination, inventory controls, and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of HVAC and Electrical parts and equipment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Experience with Service Titan or similar software preferred.
• Valid driver's license, ability to safely tow a trailer, and forklift certified.
• Ability to lift 40-60 pounds and work safely in a warehouse environment.
• Clean driving record; ability to pass background and drug test.
