Founded in 1958 as a single pancake house in Ohio, Perkins has transformed into the nation’s leading family restaurant. Through the years, Perkins has remained true to its mission of providing guests with friendly service and classic comfort dishes at a great price. Sure, Perkins started with dozens of pancakes and waffle options, but soon enough we grew to offer American staples like breakfast all day, hearty steak plates, juicy burgers, and a wide selection of handcrafted handhelds, soups, and salads.

We are looking for a Server who brings friendly energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn and grow. As a member of the team, you’ll help give our guests a dining experience they will never forget.

• Provides excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their satisfaction
• Greets guests promptly, assists with menu selection, and makes recommendations when necessary
• Accurately takes and places orders, delivering them promptly once prepared
• Addresses guests  concerns or issues, escalating to management as needed
• Maintains cleanliness of tables, dining area, and pantry during shift
• Completes all side work as assigned
• All other duties as assigned

• Prior serving experience is preferred, but not required
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
