Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Overview

Store Support role at The Home Depot. Position focuses on non-sales functions to support customer order fulfillment, assist customers in the lot, and provide administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction may be required. You will work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers with little to some supervision, be detail-oriented, and manage time effectively to support store objectives. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience
• Assist customers in the lot or provide administrative services
• Direct customer or vendor interaction as required
• Answer customer questions on product order status, direct customers to store departments or merchandise
• Handle cash management or program compliance as needed
• Collaborate with other Associates, vendors, and carriers to support store operations

• Detail-oriented with proven time management skills
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity at all times
• Ability to respond to operational concerns and stay focused on store objectives
