Position OverviewThis position is primarily responsible for consistently meeting any and all customer asks within the retail branch environment and assisting with the management of the branch and sales team. The incumbent will develop and maintain a personal referral network, execute branch leads according to consumer bank standards, perform successful execution of all customer transaction requests, and convert transactions to qualified sales or referral leads.
Incumbent will adhere to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values.
- Promote the sales process through referral management, leveraging sales leads, outbound calling, and identifying customer financial needs; recommend bank products and services courteously and professionally.
- Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
- Input and maintain effective data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB‑approved branch technology.
- Complete and manage the lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
- Assist with management of daily sales activity through coaching, pre‑shift sales huddles, and monitoring sales results.
- Coordinate and complete operational duties such as scheduling work, monitoring workflow, maintaining supplies, opening and closing the office, ordering and managing vault cash, and ensuring all tasks adhere to current policies and procedures.
- Perform traditional teller transactions as needed.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
- Serve as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring daily risks per F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
- Comply with regulatory laws and company procedures as part of F.N.B. Corporation’s commitment to superior compliance.
High School or GED
Minimum # of Years of Job Related Experience Required2 years

- MS Word – Basic Level

- Experience in a related position
- Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and consumer products and services
- Sales and customer service skills
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but required.
