Position Overview

Full‑time Sales Representative – Immediate hire, first‑sale bonus, and paid training. Join 2020 Companies, the outsourced Sales & Marketing partner for NRG, to work within a trusted retail location.

Regular hours, full‑time.

• Engage with consumers about NRG electricity and gas.
• Assist customers in lowering their energy costs by providing clear information and options.
• Uncover consumer desires, address objections, and recommend appropriate products.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and fellow employees.
• Welcome customers and peacefully offer solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and celebrate successes.
• Accurately document and report sales transactions.
• Ensure the work station/kiosk is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Provide timely tracking and communication of all activity to Retail Operations.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
• Adhere to company policy of no door‑to‑door, cold calling, or telemarketing.

• Base pay plus uncapped commission.
• Average weekly earnings: $800 – $1,000.
• First‑sale bonus.
• Base pay raise every 6 months.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.

• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
