Job Summary:

Our Centennial Heart Cardiology group at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN is seeking two interventional cardiologists to join their team, which currently consists of an Interventional Cardiologist and a General Cardiologist.

Qualified Candidates:

• Board eligible or board certified in cardiovascular disease
• Board eligible or board certified in interventional cardiology
• Active TN License or ability to obtain
• Both experienced candidates and fellows will be considered
• Visa sponsorship available

• Full time heart failure and general cardiology nurse practitioners in Dickson office
• General cardiologist rotating into office weekly
• Accredited chest pain center with a 24/7 STEMI PCI laboratory
• Shared Call Model of 1:4
