Qualified Candidates:

• Board eligible or board certified in cardiovascular disease
• Active TN License or ability to obtain
• Available to start in 2025
• Both experienced candidates and fellows will be considered

• Centennial Heart at Tri Star Horizon serves the greater Nashville community of Dickson, TN.
• It is our mission and passion to improve the quality of life for our patients through excellent cardiac care
• We are part of a team of over 40 experienced cardiologists leading the local and regional area in specialized collaborative cardiac care
• Full time heart failure and general cardiology nurse practitioners in Dickson office
• General cardiologist rotating into office weekly
• Accredited chest pain center with a 24/7 STEMI PCI laboratory
• Shared Call Model of 1:4
• Tri Star Horizon Medical Center, a fully accredited, 157 bed regional medical center offers a full array of services including cardiology, diagnostic imaging, emergency, inpatient rehabilitation, oncology, orthopaedics, surgical and women’s services. Our satellite campus, Tri Star Natchez, offers imaging and oncology services as well as 24/7, full-service ER that provides the same services as our main campus emergency room. Our Medical Surgical Unit received the HCA Healthcare Unit of Distinction Award, earning Tri Star Horizon a spot in the top 5% of all HCA Healthcare Medical-Surgical hospital units.
