Pre-K Teacher - full time (Bon Aqua location)
Base pay range: $8.75/hr - $13.00/hr
SummaryWe are hiring a 30-40 hour preschool teaching position (ages 3-5). We are looking for a teacher with:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year or more experience working with preschool-aged children
- or TECTA training or in process of CDA, or Associate in Early Childhood
- or Degree or higher (BS in related field)
- Leadership qualities with good organization and a positive personality
- A versatile individual that understands and applies teaching styles that embrace DAP
- Dependable
- Organizer & keeps a clean and well-organized classroom
- Understand and applies ECERS (scales)
- Embraces diversity
- Good classroom management skills
- Outgoing personality
- Leadership qualities with good organization & a positive personality
- A versatile individual that understands and applies teaching styles that embrace DAP

- Full‑time preschool teaching position (ages 3-5)

- 3 or 4 day work week
- Supplemental health insurance plans
- Discounted rates for childcare & preschool
- Paid training (yearly) 18 hours
- Qualifying teachers may also apply for TN Wages program in childcare for additional compensation
