• Delivering industry‑leading physical therapy, sports medicine, and industrial rehabilitation care

• Supporting clinicians with comprehensive mentorship and professional development opportunities

• Assist therapists with treatments under direct supervision
• Clean and maintain equipment, treatment areas, and linen supply
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning hot pack machines and disinfecting treatment tables
• Set up patients for treatments and assist with exercises as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Help with administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and scheduling patients
• Order supplies and assist with inventory management under the direction of the Clinic Director
• Maintain safety protocols, including equipment checks and fire safety
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment and support overall team efforts

• High school diploma required; preference given to those pursuing a career in an allied health profession
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office

• Flexible Scheduling

• Team events including Fun Runs, Book clubs and Team Trivia Night
• Partnerships with local high school athletic teams
