Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Labor & Delivery for a top healthcare client in Dickson, TN.

Base pay range: $64,000.00/yr - $96,000.00/yr.

Location:

Dickson, TN.

Reports to:

Labor and Delivery Manager; responsible for night shift oversight of Labor and Delivery department.

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts to ensure consistent, high‑quality patient care.
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and patient flow for efficient department operations.
• Act as the on‑site leadership resource for Labor & Delivery, NICU, and Mother‑Baby units during overnight hours.
• Provide bedside support, including delivery assistance and OR scrubbing as needed.
• Collaborate with management and educators to improve patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and performance outcomes.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of nursing staff.
• Monitor supply levels, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with hospital labor productivity goals.
• Support adherence to hospital policies, patient safety initiatives, and clinical quality standards.

• Associate Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience; prior leadership experience in Women’s Health, L&D, NICU, or Mother‑Baby units required.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year of hire.
• Strong leadership and clinical decision‑making skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high‑acuity environment.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
