Registered Dietitian

Job Summary

Tri Star Horizon Medical Center seeks an experienced Registered Dietitian to assess, implement, and educate patients through the Nutrition Care Process. Provide excellent customer service to all patients and employees.

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
• Implement interventions and provide nutrition education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or related field.
• Commission Dietetic Registration obtained within 60 months of employment start date.
• Licensed Dietitian license obtained within 60 months of employment start date.
