Addus Home Care is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health team in Dickson, Tennessee on a PRN basis. You will provide one-on-one therapy in patients' homes, developing tailored treatment plans to improve daily functioning and independence.
Responsibilities include documenting progress, communicating with the care team, and retraining patients in activities of daily living as needed. AOTA-accredited program graduate with NBCOT and state licensure is required.
