Dal-Tile is seeking a Rectifying Technician for C shift 6pm-6am.

Primary Objective:

• Coordinate operations of the additional finishes department (polish, cutting brake device, rectifier machine) in line with Dickson plant objectives.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols throughout the plant.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment for the Additional Finishes department.
• Follow the Quality Management System, certified to ISO 9001, for all finishing operations.
• Perform Lock/Tag/Test audits and assist in weekly safety training.
• Ensure product specifications are followed in the department.
• Review preventive maintenance, lubrication (types of grease, oil, and chemicals).
• Assist the supervisor in coordinating department operations.
• Train new hires on safety, quality policies, management systems, equipment operation, and product knowledge.
• Work with maintenance to develop and sustain operator care programs.
• Provide fill-in and relief for all department functions as needed.
• Operate loader and unloader machines, change setups, and perform basic maintenance.
• Assist with water treatment duties and chemical applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
