Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• 24 months of role experience is required from last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred.

• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Pre‑employment modules may be required. Please upload any certifications or health documents to your profile to expedite your onboarding process.

Patient Experience requirements:
Hourly purposeful rounds, AIDET, mandatory bedside shift report.

Number of Beds: 26

Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Every other weekend

Floating policy: may float to other Medsurg units

This is an auto‑offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. An interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted eduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24 hrs or the offer must be declined.
