Job SummaryAs a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in line with department requirements and state specialty standards. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care following the nursing model “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” You will advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization’s vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess the patient’s condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and take appropriate action if unintended responses occur.
- Respond promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipate needs, and resolve them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient’s medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow‑up measures, ensuring complete understanding.
- Registered Nurse with valid license.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or BCLS Instructor or CPR certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- ACLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- NIHSS Stroke certification within 30 days of hire.
