Join us at Adams Place for a rewarding RN role in senior care. This is a full‑time position located at 305 Highway 70 East, Dickson, TN 37055.

• Unencumbered current Registered Nurse license in the state where the Home Care agency is located or a compact state license, if applicable.
• Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN/professional nurse.
• Experience in home care is desirable.

• Utilizes the nursing process to identify and achieve patient goals: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and environmental factors that affect a patient’s health to develop a comprehensive nursing care plan that achieves desired outcomes in a culturally sensitive way.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to assure personal care, medical care, and rehabilitation provide optimal patient health and well‑being.
• Teaches patient/caregiver in various aspects of health care and disease management appropriate to needs/level of education and understanding, documenting continuing needs and levels of patient/caregiver understanding.
