Geisinger’s Dickson City cancer center is hiring an RN Coordinator Cancer Care to assess patient needs, plan and provide nursing care, and coordinate follow-up for outpatient Hematology/Oncology patients. You will lead care navigation across the continuum, educate patients, triage calls, and coordinate with the care team to ensure timely planning.
The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly with an 8:00–4:30 shift.
