Shift Lead
, you’ll help lead the restaurant during your shift—coaching and motivating Team Members, keeping operations running smoothly, and making sure every guest receives the fast, friendly service Zaxbys is known for.

• Lead, coach, and motivate Team Members during your shift
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and help resolve guest concerns
• Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and service
• Help train and develop new and existing Team Members
• Keep the team organized and operations running efficiently
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, opening/closing duties, and other shift responsibilities
• Lead by example and help create a positive, fun, team-focused workplace

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
• Restaurant experience preferred
