The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts accurately.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes.
• Hang store signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a distinguished shopping experience for customers.
• Provide peak coverage as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.

• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise; hard surfaces and adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Maintain a safe and productive environment following safety guidelines.

• Move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 2000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift overhead, stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and move throughout the store.
• Effective communication and ability to handle contact with poultry.
