The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic and sales‑focused role crucial to our team’s success. This position involves providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, meeting and exceeding customer needs, and motivating customers to engage with our automotive services. Through effective communication, you build strong relationships, promote products, and establish clear time commitments between technicians and customers for service appointments.

The Retail Salesperson also conducts transaction procedures with precision and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for customers throughout their visit.

Pay Range: $14.73 - $22.04

• Operate as a motivated sales individual.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Merchandise, advertise and promote products and services.
• Respond energically to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• Two years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Valid automobile driver’s license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
