JOB SUMMARY:

Provide customers with excellent customer service in their purchase at our store.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Greet customers coming into the store
• Cross sell products
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information at all times
• Process sales on POS - be able to process cash, change and credit card purchases

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in English
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
