Job Description & How to Apply Below
You start west of Nashville, coffee in hand, headed to a customer site. First up: a full safety and functional check on an overhead bridge crane and a wire rope hoist. You walk the runway, listen for tells, verify limit switches, and document findings. A hiccup appears in the hoist controls, so you switch to diagnosis mode—mechanical inspection, then electrical testing.
By mid-morning you have the root cause isolated and corrected.
After lunch, you install and verify electrification components—Figure 8 conductor bar, a cable reel, and a section of flatwire festoon—to bring a new bay online. A final pass through precision measurements and inspection wraps the visit. You brief the customer clearly, close the loop on paperwork, and head home for dinner. No overnights tonight, no weekend calls looming.
