About The Role

GRAHAM is ready to embark on a landmark scheme in Oxfordshire and is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Site Administrator who will assist and support the site team while establishing strong working relationships across the project and wider division.
Our Site Administrators are the backbone of our operations, providing dedicated administrative support and taking on essential day‑to‑day tasks. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently. Candidates should have great interpersonal skills and be confident communicators, as well as adept at multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Description- Provide clerical support to the Project team (as required) including contractual correspondence.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of filing and administrative systems.
- Management and control of all project‑related documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Prepare and maintain document templates and standards (e.g. reports).
- Printing, copying and scanning of documentation as required (e.g. handover information).
- Production and printing of reports and associated information for meetings.
- Updating all notice boards within the Site and Compound.
- Invoice reconciliation (e.g. goods received) and submission to Accounts.
- Management of correspondence incoming and outgoing (post).
- Take and record messages accurately.
- Book and record travel arrangements for Site Staff.
- Facilitate meetings (both internal and external).
- Carry out any other duties as necessary within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Project Manager.
- Demonstrate previous experience of working in a fast‑paced administrator role.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrate ability to work on own initiative.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Have an excellent telephone manner and great interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in both a site and office environment.
- Knowledge and/or experience of the construction industry.
- Experience of document management systems.
- Experience of NEC.
