We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a leading Apprenticeship Assessment Organisation at a pivotal stage of its growth. This newly created senior role will play a key part in expanding market presence, developing new partnerships and driving the continued success of high-quality apprenticeship assessment services.

Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire (with UK-wide travel)
Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will:

• Have proven experience in sales, business development or commercial growth at management level
• Have experience within the apprenticeship, further education or skills sector
• Have knowledge of Apprenticeship Assessment (formerly End-Point Assessment), Awarding Organisations or related education and training services
