Job Title: Site Agent – Highways Construction
Location: Didcot & surrounding areas
Project: Major Infrastructure / Highways Scheme
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum
Package: Car allowance, Pension and Subsidised Private Medical Cover

Integrate Resources Group is working in partnership with a leading civil engineering contractor to recruit an experienced
Site Agent for a major highways and infrastructure scheme in the Didcot and surrounding area
.
This is a key site-based role, responsible for the day-to-day management of highways construction works, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, safety and quality standards.
Experience with in highways construction is essential
, with structural experience desirable but not essential.
- Day-to-day management of highways and infrastructure works on site
- Overseeing subcontractors, direct labour and plant operations
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
- Implementing and maintaining health, safety, environmental and quality standards
- Liaising with the Project Manager, engineers, commercial team and client representatives
- Coordinating site activities, permits, traffic management and temporary works
- Monitoring progress against programme and reporting on performance
- Ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and highways standards
- Managing site documentation including RAMS, permits and daily records
- Proven experience working as a Site Agent within highways construction
- Strong understanding of highways standards, specifications and delivery processes
- Experience managing civil engineering works including earthworks, drainage, pavements and structures
- Structural experience
(e.g. bridges, culverts, retaining walls) –
advantageous - SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (or willingness to obtain){"b": "
- Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts and stakeholders
