Our client, a leading UK civil engineering and infrastructure contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join their team on a major highways improvement scheme in Didcot.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a high-profile infrastructure project, managing site operations and ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and within budget.

As Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of works, managing site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring project objectives are achieved in line with contractual and client requirements.

• Manage the successful delivery of highways and infrastructure works on site.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and plant resources.
• Ensure works are carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor programme, productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Prepare and review RAMS, work package plans, and site documentation.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, client representatives, and key stakeholders.
