Daniel Owen is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of tendering and the commercial process from start to finish for domestic and commercial projects. Based in the Didcot office, you will work closely with directors, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to price, manage costs and drive profitability.
The role suits a self-sufficient QS with experience in small to medium-sized contractors, reading drawings, preparing budgets, and negotiating quotations.
