Rate of PayCompetitive Rates – Dependent On Experience
Duties- Carry out all aspects of groundworks including excavation, drainage, ducting, concreting and finishing works.
- Assist with site preparation and general construction activities.
- Work safely and in accordance with company procedures and site requirements.
- Operate small plant and equipment where authorised.
- Follow directions from Site Supervisors and Management.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area.
- Attend site briefings, toolbox talks and training as required.
- Promote health, safety and environmental standards at all times.
- Previous groundworks experience within construction or civil engineering environments.
- Experience in drainage, ducting, concrete works and general civils activities.
- Good understanding of site health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and flexible approach to work.
- Ability to work from drawings and site instructions.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Full right to work in the UK.
- Previous construction site experience.
- Ability to travel to the project location.
- Plant tickets advantageous.
