Recruitment and Talent Management Partner at GLF SchoolsWe’re looking for an organised, proactive and caring professional to join Aureus School as our Student Services & Medical Lead. This key role sits at the heart of our school, supporting students day‑to‑day and leading our medical and first aid provision.
Responsibilities- Run the daily student services provision
- Deliver first aid and oversee medical care in school
- Maintain accurate medical and student records
- Coordinate staff first aid training and first aider records
- Provide high‑quality administrative support with discretion and attention to detail
- ✔ First Aid experience
- ✔ Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- ✔ Confident working independently
- ✔ Comfortable using technology
- Ofsted Good in all areas (October 2024)
- Part of GLF Schools – 43 schools, 17,000+ pupils

- 🗓 Start: January 2026
- ⏰ 35 hours | 39 weeks (term time + INSET)
