Monarch Education are looking for enthusiastic, caring and proactive Teaching & Learning Assistants to support our lovely primary schools across Didcot
. Whether you have experience or you're looking to begin a career in education, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Teaching & Learning Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils 1:1 or within small groups
• Work across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Help children to engage in learning, build confidence and achieve their goals
• Assist teachers with classroom activities, interventions and everyday routines
• Create a positive, safe and nurturing learning environment

This role is perfect for someone patient, reliable and motivated - someone who wants to make a real impact.

• £100-£120 per day
  , paid weekly
• Long-term placements with the opportunity to go permanent
• Local work in Didcot and the surrounding area
• A dedicated consultant (Holly!) who genuinely supports your development
• Free safeguarding training and CPD opportunities
• A welcoming, friendly team and ongoing support throughout your placement

• Experience working with children (school, nursery, SEN, youth work or similar) - not essential
• A positive and resilient attitude
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to support children with a range of needs
• Commitment to supporting education and wellbeing
