. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to build confidence, we’d love to hear from you!
- £150 per day minimum (higher rates for roles with added responsibility)
- Work locally in Didcot primary schools-no long commutes
- A variety of placements to suit your availability:
day-to-day, short-term or long-term - Support from a dedicated consultant (Holly) who truly cares about your development
- Opportunities to work across Years 3-6, matching your strengths and preferences

, including behaviour management and safeguarding updates
You’ll be joining welcoming, well-supported KS2 teams across Didcot, delivering engaging lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment for pupils. You may be asked to cover pre-planned work or deliver your own lessons-depending on the type of role you choose.
Your role will include:
- Teaching KS2 pupils in line with the national curriculum
- Creating a fun, inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere
- Managing behaviour effectively
- Building positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents
- Maintaining the high standards of our partner schools
We’re looking for KS2 educators who are:
- Qualified Teachers (QTS, ECTs welcome) or equivalent
- Passionate about children’s learning and progress
- Reliable, flexible and committed
- Confident teaching across Key Stage 2
