Monarch Education is looking for caring, dedicated and proactive Learning Support Assistants (SEN) to support students in our fantastic partner schools across Didcot
. Whether you have experience in education, care, youth work, or simply a genuine passion for supporting young people, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will work directly with students who need additional support‑either on a 1:1 basis or within small groups. No two days are the same, but your impact will always be meaningful.

You will support students with needs such as:

  • Autism (ASC)
  • ADHD
  • Social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH)
  • Communication and interaction needs
  • Mild to complex learning difficulties

Your role may include:

  • Providing tailored support to help students access their learning
  • Encouraging confidence, independence and progress
  • Implementing learning or behaviour plans
  • Working closely with teachers and SENCOs
  • Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
