Monarch Education is looking for caring, dedicated and proactive Learning Support Assistants (SEN) to support students in our fantastic partner schools across Didcot
. Whether you have experience in education, care, youth work, or simply a genuine passion for supporting young people, we want to hear from you!
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will work directly with students who need additional support‑either on a 1:1 basis or within small groups. No two days are the same, but your impact will always be meaningful.
You will support students with needs such as:
- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- Social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH)
- Communication and interaction needs
- Mild to complex learning difficulties
Your role may include:
- Providing tailored support to help students access their learning
- Encouraging confidence, independence and progress
- Implementing learning or behaviour plans
- Working closely with teachers and SENCOs
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Experience isn’t essential – full training and ongoing support are provided.
